We had a chance to visit Chit Chat because it's my future brother in law's favorite place to eat. I can see why. The menu has just about anything you would want. I had the Jerk Chicken wrap with yucca fries. I'd say it was one of the best wraps I've ever ate. Everyone at the table kept saying how great their food tasted. Hopefully we get a chance to visit this place again.
Many reviews here, so let's get right to what matters- BEST PANCAKES EVER TASTED. My boyfriend ate the blueberry pancakes, moist and flavorful. He eats them all the time and right away said they were the best he has ever tried. I had one bite (cause i'm a health geek) and agreed!! I ordered the Parmesan Chicken Salad and it was an absolute winner!! A must have for anyone looking for a unique salad. Our waitress, Katarina was one of the best waitresses we ever had. She was genuinely warm and always smiled with great small talk. I even met the manager who was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is a must see experience by itself, over looking manhattan and Alice in Wonderland themed decor.
Delightfully bizarre! If you want diner food with an eclectic twist, this place is for you. It's very intentionally decorated and the food was good, along with prompt service from staff.
Quick brunch with our California family and we were hungry. We knew that there is a wait on weekends, but they moved quickly and we were seated with water within 30 min. Super efficient waiter- we had food within 30 of ordering and loved every bite. Perfect place with the pre-teens - they found their perfect meal choices- which are extensive. Half had lunch, other breakfast and we all shared yummy fries. Everything is good - parking is two big lots, and with the constant movement you will love Chit Chat
We always enjoy the chitchat diner. Last night we went to dinner and had a fantastic waiter. He was so sweet and accommodating for our group. Everything came out pretty quickly and everyone enjoyed their dinners! We had a variety of food, crab cakes, French toast Taylor ham sandwiches, pork chop, stir fry, and disco fries. The diner is always clean and has pretty views of NYC. Good selection of food too.
